I just got in from seeing “Avatar”, the new James Cameron 3D film that has more buzz surrounding it then “Titanic” did.

Wow.

Yes, the story is a bit of a cliche - i.e. a peaceful indigenous people are put up against the imperialist corporate empire - but as far as cliches go, it doesn’t get any better.

And the visuals are unlike anything I have ever seen before. There is a good chance I’ll end up seeing it again in IMAX just for the experience.

I would recommend this to pretty much anyone who enjoys going to the movies…
