10 - 10: The uninspiring drive.

It’s Tuesday morning…early, 1:05AM.

We drove pretty much all day because we’re making our way up to Bloomington, MN. It was a day of driving and for that reason I have to admit that I’m more inspired to just run to my hotel bed and sleep than I am to blog about our travels.

Dinner was great though, so I won’t skip that.

Day 7: Mon Oct 5th
Restaurant: Biaggi’s Italian Restaurant
Verdict: “When the hostess sings happy birthday to you in Italian, even though she knows it’s not your birthday, you know the food will be great.”

And it was. I got Butternut Squash Ravioli and Scott went with the Salmon. Happy Birthday Scotty.

There was one inspiring moment on the road. Fortunately I captured that on camera so I’ll let this picture say 1,000 words and I’ll drift off to sleep.
