A twittering lounging lizard.

Tuesday night was my parents 35th wedding anniversary! Congrats Mom & Dad!! Tuesday night was also Cahill’s first time at The Lizard Lounge. We got to share the stage with Tim Blane. If you haven’t checked out his music, PLEASE DO SO

We had “the band” with us which is always a good time. Something about turning around and seeing Max bopping his head back and forth really makes the night for me. As does hearing Brian’s guitar and seeing the recognition on Steve’s face when he realizes what song we’re playing.

We had a short set and played mostly new songs. We’re very excited about the material and we hope you will be too. We’ve laid down the ground work for the EP now we just need to get in there and really bring them to life. It’s funny, but that’s the most exciting and nerve-racking part of recording. You have this song, this structure - and as you start to build you realize that you have no idea where it can go. I can’t say when it will be done, but I can tell you that we will continue to keep you updated about the process, the music and of course, how you can be a part of it.
